General Guideline:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return the merchandise because of defects or inferior craftsmanship for refund (minus shipping & handling) or exchange for other items if your comforters and/or pillows have not been soiled or used. Since bedding items are highly personal items and we regret we cannot accept items that have been used or damaged (i.e., including but not limited to being dirty, soiled, with hair, or damaged by smoke smell or liquids). We strive to ensure that all the items we ship to our customers are in pristine, new and unused condition. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our merchandise in mint condition. If you are considering requesting a return, either keep the product unopened in its packaging or if you take it out of the packaging, ensure that the bedding item only touches clean, dry, and freshly laundered surfaces. For example, if you want to see what a pillow or comforter you ordered looks like on your bed, first insert it inside a protective cover (duvet cover or pillow case) that has been freshly cleaned in order to avoid contamination of your newly ordered bedding item. Natural Comfort shall have sole discretion in determining if an item’s condition is suitable for a return or exchange. If a customer returns an item in a condition that is not new and has been used or damaged (i.e., including but not limited to being dirty, soiled, with hair, or damaged by smoke smell or liquids) or laundered, no credit or refund or compensation is due and Natural Comfort may seek to send the item back to the customer. If the return shipment from Natural Comfort to the customer is refused or returned, Natural Comfort will retain the item and no compensation is due. No credit or refund is due for items beyond the allowed return period. During shipping promotion period $9 shipping charge per returned item will be deducted from the refund.
Returns Policy Details
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping GuideLine
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also be aware of in the promotion term of "free shipping", it is only restricted to lower 48 states of the U.S.
